The FLEXVIT Iso is made of robust, non-elastic material and is therefore designed to withstand the highest levels of stress - after all, isometric training needs to be carried out at high intensity.

The advantages of isometric forms of training, in addition to the ease of use and the very short learning time, are that the FLEXVIT Iso is sufficient as the sole equipment.

A number of positive effects are attributed to isometric strength training. On the one hand, it serves in a low-intensity form as early strength training in rehabilitation, but on the other hand it can be used to increase maximum strength even in well-trained athletes. All with just one band.
